This Thursday, April 5th, BCX Oakville will host a breakfast meeting, with a presentation given by Emily Irvine, a Planner with the Policy Planning Division of the City of Mississauga.
She will facilitate a discussion on the topic of Ontario laws that now require municipalities to allow second units in homes. These second units are also known as basement apartments or in-law suites.
